JOB DESCIPTION• Design and Simulate Bose and Yamaha Sound Systems for small to large Business Music System.• Design appropriate AV Schematic Diagram and AV Layout/Shop drawing.• Pro-actively support sales team with designs, tenders, quotes and technical meetings.• Work with CAD system creating AV Single Line Diagram, AV Schematic diagram, AV Plan drawings, As-built Plan, Electrical Plan and other drawings needed in a project.• Work closely with all departments in the office and site to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information.• Prepare Work Methodology, Equipment Manual operations and other Turn-over documentation.• Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, meeting standards, fits and stack-ups.• Responsible for some design elements.• Site survey to check the site condition personally for the preparation of drawings.• Inspect/visit project site during project implementation to check the termination and installation of wiring and equipment if these are the same with the approved drawings.• Inspect/visit project site after finishing the project to check and as-built the drawings.

• Project in Charge of the following Projects: - Manila Hotel Sampaguita Hall AV System Projects- Manila Hotel Café Ilang-Ilang Audio System Projects- Makati Shangri-La Hotel AV System Projects- Makati Shangri-La Hotel Paging System Projects.- Raffles Fairmont Hotel AV Projects- and other small projects• Manage and evaluate project needs, timeframes and man power to ensure continuous operation of the project.• Check and review the drawing plan thoroughly to ensure that all system will work before the start of project implementation.• Interface and Coordinate with the other contractor, designer, client/owner and other persons involves in the project to confirm all progress according to the Field Procedure, Installation Procedure, task list/ checklists and other project concerns.• Manage and turnover a system of uncompromising quality that exceeds all written specification and customer expectation to obtain the highest customer rating possible.• Work very closely with the in-shop supervising technician/electrician in laying out the cable management and equipment location to ensure optimum performance as if they were in the field.• Familiarize with the system during and after staging at a convenient time.• Progress reporting to office (project engineer, manager, and Project director) to give them an update on job actual site condition and progress of work.• Personally, revises and as-built the drawing.

• Meeting and dealing with the various costumers effectively in actual and over the phone to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs.• Working with the engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met.• Preparing quotations as per customer requirements.• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services • Designs CCTV and Access control System.• Manage and turnover a system of uncompromising quality that exceeds all written specification and customer expectation to obtain the highest customer rating possible.
