Responsible for financials, performance metrics, staffing, equipment up time, and managing of all equipment and facilities related PMs, work orders, and projects. Implemented many systems and processes that improved the plant and equipment operation. Utilizing past machine performance data and monthly work order data, I created a maintenance system that eliminates premature machine failures and developed engineered solutions to resolve machine design flaws resulting in improved machine availability. This facility is 280,000 square feet on 47 acres including a 3 acre retention pond.

I was assigned to plants to create a maintenance program, hire staff, train qualified maintenance staff and increase machine up time through proper equipment maintenance and world class maintenance practices. ATS also has a World Class Safety program. In the role as a site manager you put safety of your people and the plant first. Supervisor for a custom injection molding company. Responsible for all first shift scheduling of production, employment/staffing, training, and technical issues. Managed an average of twenty people utilizing a management style based on Gung Ho! principles as adopted and directed by Engineered Plastics.
