This has involved the preparation of emergency response documents, contract documents, SOPs, hazard registers, accident investigation.Key Achievements• Customer satisfaction ratings for facilities improved by 10 % through public survey data which were the highest for all AT facilities including rail, ferries and buses over 3 years.• Managed the construction of 3 station newbuilds with minimal disruption and effect on customer satisfaction and no health and safety issues during that period.• Managed all facilities within maintenance and renewals budgets over the 3 years.
