Career Accomplishments: Led the contract negotiations, development and management of a 5-year ($16 million) with a national physician services firm (client). Project designed to improve the client’s process of acquiring patient chart information for services provided by the client to their customers’ Anesthesia and Emergency operating units. Major contributor in the sale of an 18-month ($3 million) Legacy Support Project. Developed the global support model and supporting financial models. Additionally, responsible for contract negotiations, and the Request for Proposal (RFP) response. Responsible for developing Legacy Archival and Extractions Services. These services accounted for 7 contract signings with total contract value of $3.5 million. Led the contract negotiations, development and management of a 5-year agreement with 3M’s Health Information Division. Revenues totaled $23 million. Staffing reached 50 Consultants. Over a 4-year period, revenue grew from $8.9 million to $17.5 million (51%) and operating profit grew from $2.1 million to $5.5 million (38%). Staffing grew from 42 Consultants to 71 Consultants. Developed channel relationship with leading ECM, Managed Services, Interoperability, Legacy Archival, Data Center Services and Revenue Cycle vendors to bring joint prime and subcontracting offerings to the market and specific clients. Responsible for a staff of 150 that supported the development and maintenance of GM's Service Applications.Career Accomplishments: Responsible for turning around an account that was averaging losses of $1.25 million per month to a profitable business unit. This was accomplished by renegotiating the GM agreement, completing and getting GM acceptance of application development projects, renegotiating vendor contracts with IBM, EDS and numerous software vendors. Awarded President's Club for financial performance. -
Vice President, Ingersol Rand Business Unit (Formerly Acs)Atos 2002 - 2007Tulsa, Oklahoma Area Reported to CEO and Business Unit President. Responsible for establishing account management and financial tracking for all ITO and BPO services. Responsible for a staff of 70 that supported ITO and BPO services.Career Accomplishments: Led the development and management of the company's first global commercial ITO/BPO agreement. The contract was a 7-year agreement with revenues totaling $220 million. Services included IT outsourcing services (data center and network management) and BPO services (Accounts Payable). Staff supported five divisions with multiple information technology organizations and infrastructure. Met domestic P&L projections and exceeded growth projection by expanding ITO services to Ingersoll's Shared Services organization located in Ireland. Awarded President's Club for financial performance and year over year growth. -

Developed and deployed a division infrastructure strategy to migrate three internal data centers to an outsourcing provider that included implementation of a Wide Area Network (WAN). Strategy included transition to outsourced client/server environment for ERP project. Project resulted in no increase in current budget, achieved overall identified benefits and was recognized by InfoSaver, journal for strategic outsourcing, as "Best Integrated Relationship". Successfully implemented Y2K project to time and budget constraints. Served as Logistics Director and oversaw division's Supply Chain Management projects. Projects included transition from vertical manufacturing to assembly operation, customer service streamlining for EDI and Vendor Managed Inventory, demand forecasting and supplier relations programs. Established and led division's Year 2000 (Y2K) program management office to identify and resolve specific issues related to division's operations (IT/non-IT systems, facilities, suppliers/customers/partners, products and contingency plans). Progress and status of Y2K compliance was audited and certified by Gartner Consulting and Andersen Consulting. Managed the successful implementation of the division's Oracle ERP project that included financials and sales/distribution systems. Project included development of a warehouse management system and an intranet-based sales/operation reporting system. Led 60-member team comprised of cross-business unit users/IT staff and external Consultants. Based on agreed-to project scope change, project completed on time and within $15 million budget. -
