Manager of the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Department on the Golden Pass LNG Project. Established the IIF Team for the project to implement and enhance the Behavioral Based Safety Culture across the workforce of approximately 9000 employees across many diverse contractors performing construction activities at the Sabine Pass, Baytown, Port of Beaumont, & Bridge City, Texas sites. From the initial Meet & Greet activity for all incoming contractor employees when they initially arrived on the site, as well as conducting training classes for all of the site team in the use of the different elements of IIF. Field assessments were conducted by the IIF Team post-training to ensure quality implementation of IIF elements by the project joint venture team.
