I'm currently working on building Doorskor, a platform for apartment renters to find information and reviews on landlords and apartment buildings. We're trying to help tenants make informed decisions about which apartments they rent and from whom. Similarly, we want to enable landlords to be able to build their brand's reputation and reach tenants. Prior to building Doorskor, I got my MBA at MIT Sloan, graduating in May 2022. In my previous role at Rockpoint, I spent two years acquiring commercial real estate properties in a variety of East Coast gateway markets including New York, Boston, and Miami among others. Before Rockpoint, I spent two years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York working as an analyst in the Investment Banking Group with a focus on real estate, gaming and lodging. In these roles, I gained experience and insights into the real estate industry from both a financial and operational perspective. I'm interested in the intersection between technology and real estate. Real estate has been an industry largely isolated from the effects of digitization and technological disruption, and I'm interested in pursuing projects to focus on ways the real estate development and management processes can be improved.
