Served as Deputy Group CEO of JSE listed Liberty Holding before commencing a portfolio career in mid 2010. Have held Chairman, Lead Independent and Non Executive Director positions in both listed and privately owned businesses in multiple sectors. Worked in an advisory capacity with CEOs on resolving and addressing the challenges around strategic execution.Returned to full time executive role at Old Mutual plc (FTSE 100) to oversee the transformation required to execute on their strategy to break up the Group to unlock shareholder value. This was successfully completed in December 2018.Have chosen to return to my portfolio career as a Non Executive Chairman and Director. Will seek opportunities where my both extensive multi sectoral executive experience with businesses requiring significant change and non executive of both listed and private companies will be of value to a board.As founder of International Player Management, a business managing professional rugby players and coaches around the globe, will support management and oversee its exciting growth opportunities.
