The platform provides safe, reliable, and transparent digital asset trading services to tens of millions of users worldwide.As the UED Manager at Gate.io, I lead a team of 7 designers, primarily overseeing all design needs across various financial products, including structured finance, quantitative funds, trading bots, copy trading, referral programs, and VIP institutional clients.While at Gate.io, I streamlined all business pages related to financial products, revamped the app's page structure, and launched a new "Earn" page. These efforts significantly enhanced user engagement and visibility for the financial products.

Being solely responsible for the full-stack design, and after the platform goes live, assembling a design team consisting of up to 2 UI/UX designers and 1 user researcher and setting up team OKR / efficiency tracking and improvement.· Establish the Fan Token platform - Achieved a record-breaking Launchpad participation with the highest number of participants, totaling 220,000 individuals. Additionally, facilitated a trading volume nearing $1 billion.· WorldCup platform: - Achieved 23.8% above KPI Target (Bringing 30,955 new KYC users). - Revamp the landing page based on heat map, and increase the conversion rate from 65% to 76%.· Turkey Exchange revamp - Based on our Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey (45,125 received), we achieved a commendable satisfaction score of 91.78. - Maintaining UV market share of approximately 19-20%.· Ai Generate Project - We witnessed the minting of 100,000 AIGC NFTs, generating significant discussions across various social media platforms.
