I’ve been in customer facing roles for my entire career, I excel at customer relationship management and attention to detail. I am always looking to increase the efficiency of my role whenever possible and to that end, I designed an improvement to the ergonomic handling of the equipment I use in my daily job, as well as around 800 other Cintas partners throughout the company. I recently won an award for its design in the Applied Ergonomics Conference and have a patent pending for the design.
