As a Project Coordinator at Orange from 2019 to the present, I have efficiently overseen the end-to-end process of site acquisition, ensuring the seamless transition from site identification to full operational readiness for traffic. My responsibilities have included maintaining and organizing critical project data using Excel and Element/Magenta databases, as well as effectively managing general contractors and clients through the various project milestones for an impressive portfolio of over 2000 projects. In addition, I have been dedicated to implementing rigorous safety guidelines and processes to safeguard both the workforce and project integrity.

I oversaw the entire process of establishing our company's infrastructure, starting from the initial concept to obtaining franchise registration approval. In the span of just 12 months, we successfully expanded the company's footprint from a single location to three, all while growing our staff to over 60 members. My responsibilities encompassed every aspect of these locations, from managing construction phases to the day-to-day operations. This involved creating and nurturing a proficient management team, handling payroll responsibilities, overseeing human resources, and managing catering operations. I also played a pivotal role in meticulously organizing budgets to guarantee the fulfillment of all departmental requirements while ensuring profitable outcomes.

I initiated the establishment of a fast service food establishment, overseeing the entire process from construction to its successful launch. I implemented operational procedures for two separate locations in just one year. My core duties encompassed product development, human resource management, quality control, and fostering strong vendor relationships.
