Manage/oversee facility repairs and services related to EMS, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, Fire Sprinkler/Suppression Systems and Restaurant services for a multi-unit retail operation (Sears, Sears Auto Centers, Kmarts, Little Caesar Restaurants, covering the counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo-Kern, Imperial and San Diego. Review available blueprints/facility floor plans/drawings to determine repair necessities, determine potential root cause issues, provide additional support to vendors as needed.
