LICENSED REALTORS IN NC & SCRex entered the Greenville real estate business in 1987, starting out with the family owned Faye Galloway Co. I moved to Furman Co. in 1990 (now Coldwell Banker), then on to Coldwell Banker Century Associates in 1993 where I served as a broker-agent, corp. services advisor, and third party relocations manager. He re-opened Faye Galloway Co. in 1994 and ran it as broker in charge until 2000. Rex has been involved with the Greenville Market through all its many changes and knows it well. He specializes in managing and organizing the many details needed to provide effective real-estate service. Utilizing his many contacts, technological know-how, and years of experience Rex is able to search effectively and quickly for your real-estate solutions. Kary entered the real estate business in 1989 as an agent for Faye Galloway Co., then spent a few years with some larger real estate companies before moving to Blackstream | Christie's International Real Estate, the number one agency in the Greenville, SC area with Rex. Her affinity for equestrian activities has made her particularly resourceful in dealing with farm and multi-acre properties. But for any housing need, Kary excels at providing dedicated personal service for her clients and creating lasting relationships with them. Kary and I comprise the entire crew. We specialize in residential properties, but are also involved with investment, land, and luxury real estate as well. Together we integrate all the skills we have refined in our varied and combined experiences of over 60 combined years in the real estate industry to the Blackstream | Christie's International Real Estate model and are dedicated to assisting our clients in reaching their real estate goals.
