During 2012, I accepted an invitation to be a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers (an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state). My largest injury settlement to date: $3,250,000.00. I have published over 50 articles on personal injury subjects in digital and print media.High profile cases, projects and clients include: "The AC/DC case"; Serbeck v. Campos; United States v. Grant Affleck; Fen Phen; Richard Worthington. I was honored by the Utah State Bar in 1996 for Outstanding Service to the Legal Profession. Reported cases include Jenkins v. USF&G where I sued an insurance company who tried to break its agreement to arbitrate an injury case. Utah Supreme Court agreed with my position and overruled the decision of the trial court which led to a successful resolution of the case.
