About Rex Coste

As a Program Manager at Civil Logistics, I leverage my six and a half years of experience in disaster recovery, oilfield recruiting, and airfield operations management to deliver high-quality services to clients and stakeholders. I have a B.A. in Communications with concentrations in management and business, and an A.S. in Science, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively, manage complex projects, and solve problems creatively.My mission is to support FEMA's Public Assistance Critical Infrastructure Disaster Recovery program, which helps communities recover from natural disasters. I have been contracted to CCPRS as a Client Liaison and Account Manager, and have deployed multiple times to support state agencies and local governments. I have also received a Certificate of Excellence from FEMA for my work with the State Agencies Group. Additionally, I have experience in oilfield recruiting and marketing, and in military and university recruiting, which enable me to attract and retain talent, coordinate job fairs, and build relationships with diverse audiences.
