I have been in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for about seven (7) years. I started as an agent for technical support department with experience in handling and supporting Dell desktops and notebooks for consumers, and then supporting small-and-medium business (SMB) Dell computing products. I also had opportunity to work in Toshiba for a year, supporting their laptop line of business.I recently spend over a year working in Melbourne, Australia as a customer service technician for one of the leading providers of transaction management solutions globally.I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.I graduated with a degree on Electronics and Communications Engineering, and had passed a licensure examination.
