By March 2021, monthly net profit was more than $300,000/mo.

Responsible for all marketing efforts. Managed team of two - a marketing coordinator, and a photographer/videographer. Redesigned and maintained website, and marketed inventory via website and third-party lead providers. Served as site champion and trainer for CRM software; served on CRMSuite’s software advisory board. Directed SEM, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts at first by myself, later through an agency. Introduced and produced 30-minute monthly infomercial.

AFS sought to combat mediocrity in public schools by sparking meaningful, positive change that would enrich student engagement and foster parent involvement.
