Responsibilities:Terminal Operations• Prepares daily record of fuel deliveries, fuel issued, tank sounding and meter reading for the Oil Movement and Transfer Log reported to Terminal Manager.• Reconciles the client’ total nominated volume versus the actual volume loaded to all tank trucks.• Monitors and adequate action for keeping the product quality specifications and delivery volume requirements are met.• Actively follows and promotes the safety and security policies and ensures that drivers and client's representative are doing the same.• Operates Accuload for tank truck loading.Tank Farm Operations• Performs pumps and pipeline set-up and manipulate valves for tank truck loading and vessel loading/discharging.• Manually measures the tank stocks and temperature for inventory monitoring after product movement.• Checks and monitors running equipment, pipelines and tanks during on-going operations (temperature, pressure, product level, flow rates).• Implements proper housekeeping and upkeep of tank farm facilities to ensure its cleanliness and orderliness making sure oil spillage and leakages are eliminated.• Reports abnormality and malfunction noted to supervisor and provide possible solution.

Key Accomplishments:• Manpower reduction by 8%. Reduced 200 production manpower. • Improved assembly line capacity from 700 units/hour to 800 units per hour.• Established standard sequence and indicators for visual inspection.• Utilized the production area by adding 1 assembly line from old set up of 5 assembly lines. Responsibilities:• Spearheaded improvement projects on processes to improve production capacity, utiization and productivity.• Collaborated with Engineering and QA department to launch process improvement projects impacting labor cost, production capacity and quality.• Conducted time and motion study on machines and operators to identify the bottleneck process in a production line.• Improved production layout for smooth process flow and production layout changes.• Drove a culture of data-based decision making.

• Experienced and understood the company's fabrication (how jigs and tools were designed and created)• Learned how to make a 3D models using Autodesk Inventor.• Updated the new production layout using Autocad.
