As required, assisted other Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries in negotiating contracts with large technology companies (IBM, Oracle, and VMWare).• Compliance Audit support for four software license compliance audits in 2015. • Sole instructor for the IT Contracts Course at GEICO.
