In the final phases of the project my team was heavily involved in training and finally relieving the client of an invoicing backlog.

I then managed the changing portion of the projects to ensure accuracy on design, integration and delivery, while managing a project to digitize the process. This process was successfully digitized in Aug 2009 eliminating the need for a person to facilitate the system. Multiple other plants adopted this process and in 2009 I was awarded the prestigious GE Energy T&D Innovation Award.
