Head of the Data Office for GE Digital startup reporting to the CIO. Worked directly with COO, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success business leadersResponsible for centralized data and systems functions - strategy, process, data modeling, architecture, governance, stewardship, tools, quality, and analytics. Assembled and led a team of architects, developers, data stewards and analysts.Notable Projects/Initiatives:• Established the first Data Office in a GE business able to fully centralize and integrate Master Data Management functions to a single platform (Salesforce.com) supporting full enterprise functions (Marketing, Sales, Order, Configuration, Fulfillment, Finance, Legal and Compliance). Data office serviced 3K data requests and 80 system enhancements/year• Defined end-to-end Data and Governance Strategy, yearly roadmaps on prioritization of data programs. Roadmaps and prioritization are worked in collaboration across all business units' initiatives ensuring alignment • Led implementation of Informatica Cloud Customer 360 to enable hierarchy and segmentation of our 200K prospects and customers - enabling territory transitions to target growth of Digital to 30X • Owned and delivered the design and implementation of a transformative customer process during migration of ERP financials to Oracle Cloud Technology. Project was a big partnership between GE, Oracle and PriceWaterHouseCoopers resulting in reduction of $9M receivables quarterly as a result of customer master data redesign and process consolidation. • Engaged in proof-of-concept project with vendor Tamr, to employ their machine learning software for mastering and stewarding customer data for GE Digital. This resulted in furthering our ability to connect customer data across systems by 30%
