Integrate User-Generated Content (UGC) using CrowdRiff to acquire publishing rights for Instagram user photos. Management of AI Chatbot and WeGlot translation services. Oversee curation & keywording of image collections using PhotoShelter digital asset management tool (DAM). Conduct live Zoom webinars to coach local business owners and managers on best practices for online promotion. Mentor marketing associates.
