Project / Facilities EngineerProvides buildings and ground planned/breakdown and corporateservices general repairs and maintenance which includes: • Repair and Maintenance Planning and Execution. Assists in preparing annual buildings and grounds repair and maintenance plan. Execute planned/unplanned buildings and grounds annual repair and maintenance plan. Maintain a database of planned repairs and maintenance expenditures. Plant maintenance system/ SAP user. Study main (unplanned) repair and maintenance cost drivers and recommend improvement to reduce cost.• Project/Repair and Maintenance QA. Act as front line QA in buildings and ground repair and maintenance projects. Ensure that repair and maintenance projects delivered on time in full, within budget and zero accident. Perform other works related to building and grounds repair and maintenance. Act as frontline to internal costumer. Assure that work quality is maintained at or greater than UNILEVER standards. Conduct punch listings and make documentation.• Repair and Maintenance Supervision/Monitoring. Supervise the repair and maintenance personnel. Plan daily activities for civil, electrical and air conditioning repair and maintenance personnel and maintain database of works done and to be done. Oversee audio visual technicians. Manage storage of repair and maintenance supplies.• Project Management.
