➢ Execute sales strategy so as to promote the sales, securing and maintenance of service contracts in order to meet the orders and sales targets.➢ Promote the sales of parts and components to customers as and when the opportunity arises and pass on the enquiries to Parts Department for follow up.➢ Follow up with enquiries promptly by preparing quotations and tenders, and negotiate terms based on levels of authority and ensure that quotations meet the company's profitability targets and contract terms.➢ Monitor and supervise the day-to-day work performed including PM, repair and warranty claims by the Service Team in BMU, Carparking and Warehouse Solutions such as Freight Elevators, Dock Levelers, and Scissor Lifts.➢ Monitor the man-hours and productivity captured in SAP against budget so as to ensure productivity level and projected profitability. Ensure that all service jobs and preventive maintenance are correctly recorded and updated for timely submission of reports to the Customer Service team for input into the system.

➢ Responsible for providing technical service for our existing and emerging line of condition based maintenance products (IR Thermography Scanning Services, Ultrasonic Detection Testing, Motor Analysis, Vibration and Alignment and Infrared Windows – Supply and Installation)➢ Perform hands-on site inspection and services➢ Provide technical support to external customers at different locations➢ Provide on-site training to the customer/end user➢ Timely handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service jobs/visits aspart of after sales service support➢ Professionally handle field service jobs on-site to external customers at differentlocations➢ Develop service technical documentation/timely complete and submit all requiredreports➢ Communicate with the clients to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessarycorrective actions➢ Conduct technical presentation/training as part of after sales service support
