• Test all internally developed software to ensure compliance with minimum company standards and requirements.• Creates designs and maintains application of testing infrastructures.• Ensures that all internally developed software is free from bugs/issues and meets or exceeds end-user requirements.• Work closely with the software development team and other QA engineers to achieved QA goals on agreed timelines and objectives.• Able to use TestComplete application to automate testing on the site

• Ensures that the builds given by the development team/counterpart is error free and meets the deadline according to plan.• Verifies the interaction of the Unit tested software and B-Model (or better) hardware in an integrated system. Also the reliability, availability, usability, instability and performance of the software.• Verifies the accuracy, ease of use and completeness of all Information Products, given the knowledge of the target audience, as well as just technical correctness.• Defects found during testing will be recorded with recreation and verification information termed as GRIT (Get It Right 1st Time)• Verifies that the ITC hardware/software is operating correctly with production units.

• Coordinate with Lead Tester and Team members to provide high quality assurance of all client products.• Coordinate with Slice, Developer and Graphics Team to find solutions that may arise during the development of the projects.• Identify bugs in the software developed and perform actual test to ensure that description of bug is clear and sufficient for developers to address.• Establish daily task reports which may include all the debugging, testing and logging of problems noted in the software.• Comply and complete all assignments provided by the Lead Tester and must ensure that all are accomplished based on standards required by the Client.• Notify Lead Tester of any untoward circumstances or incidents that may directly or indirectly affect the department or the organization as a whole.• Leads the Maintenance Team.
