-Responsible for design of FTTX project (PON) this design include (drawing-systematic- joint distribution) -Budget for the project -Plan for the project ;phases;priorities; resources; deadlines.-Supervise the implementation process of the Purchase Order (P.O)-Maintain the cost / expense of the project within the budget limits.-Coordinate with the Procurement and Sales departments the material supply.-Set with the Contractors the suitable prices for the project-Follow up the implementation of the Contractors-Approve the Technical Acceptance Form from the customer whenever the project is finished.-Deliver the Technical Acceptance From to the Finance department for issuing the invoice.-Set weekly meetings with Site Engineers.-Receive reports from Site Engineers of the project indicating its status.
