Duties & Responsibilities:• Responsible for administrative duties of the project, providing field oversight.• Work with the forensic experts and Engineers to develop scope of repair, the effectively work on developing capital project budgets and provide ROM construction cost estimates to the client.• Qualifies and contact subcontractors to bid specific trade item, set & schedule start and completion dates for each subcontractor, issuing Subcontractors Work orders and reviewing their progress payments requests.• Work closely with the pre-construction manager to develop project delivery methods, estimates and projects general condition.• Provide the constructability analysis by evaluating the Engineer’s Designs in relation to the site specifics & project’s capital budgets, work with the Engineer to develop Designs using the value Engineering methods to provide cost saving solutions to the owner.• Developing projects schedules and milestones to meet the owner expectation throughout the phases of the Pre-construction, DD and execution.• Examines and inspect work progress, verifying safety and design specifications had been met.• Preparing Cost management reports / Monthly margin analysis reports and reporting cost changes, Budget reports and client’s Payment Applications.• Preparing and reviewing all RFI’s, CO’s, IR’s overseeing all project Quality requirements.
