Duties/Responsibilities:• Contents creating and uploading on the LMS portal (Learning Management System) eLearngrec.com for GRE and IELTS. • Develop GREC's LMS Project (eLearngrec.com.)• Higher study seminar conducted. • Social Media Management (Paid promotion and Meta promotion). • Website basic work (WooCommerce, Product editing, and any kind of changes on WordPress build-up websites). • To cooperate with the coordinator/team leader. • Arrange regular training sessions for the staff to develop their skills.• Reporting all the updates directly to the General Manager and Chief executive officer.• Oversee research and development department (R&D)

Ensure meticulous handling and secure storage of all test materials in adherence to IELTS guidelines.• Provide comprehensive and accurate information to IELTS candidates regarding the test, guiding them through the process.• Uphold IELTS requirements for the test venue, including security and accessibility standards. Coordinate appropriate signage and seating arrangements for candidates.• Assure the readiness of the venue for testing, conducting thorough checks on equipment, lighting, temperature, and seating arrangements.• Liaise with the British Council and IDP, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation.• Generate monthly invoices for venue payments, ensuring financial processes are executed efficiently.• Address and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise on the exam day.• Organize and conduct mock tests at the venue to simulate real testing conditions.• Drive increased IELTS registrations and participation in mock tests through targeted promotional efforts.• Manage the complete IELTS registration procedure, overseeing payments and ensuring adherence to established protocols.• Regularly report updates directly to the Branch Manager and General Manager, maintaining transparent communication channels.
