Developed a case study of high tunnel tomatoes which concentrated on the marketing and supply chain management within the "Farm to Table" initiative. Conducted interviews with key players at all levels (farm, distributor, and supermarket). Presented findings at the end of the internship. Participated in other research projects (soil, weed, and pest management) and the development and cultivation of the tomatoes, sweet corn and cucurbits.
