• Attend to billing inquiry related inquiries of members.• Ensure that the treasury is informed once the credit application is received.• Prepare and ensure that all Statement of Accounts are printed and transmitted on time.• Ensure that applicable reminder letters and other billing inserts are attached to the Statement of Account every month.• Releases Certificate of Full Payment or Certificate of Payment upon client’s requests.• Ensure that the list of all active past due accounts / aged accounts are consolidated in timely manner.• Negotiate credit extensions and set up repayment plans according to ability to pay.• Monitoring and tagging the accounts from WDP status (with down payment), BKD (booked) to FLP (fully paid) status.• Collects payment by phone call, email and send out collection notices to overdue accounts.• Identifies the accounts if qualified for cancellation.• Resolve any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process, to billing of the client.• Coordinate with Sales Team regarding the undelivered or returned by mail statement of accounts.• Maintains files and keep track the financial status of customer accounts.• Ensure that all steps done are based on the work instructions, controls maintained by the company.
