Leading the community outreach for statewide anti-hate campaign, California vs Hate, spearheaded by the California Civil Rights Department. With the goal to collaborate and partner with CBO's across the state in order to reach communities who are most targeted for hate, I am building relationships with partners on the grounds in efforts to combat racism, hate, and discrimination, and support individuals and communities who have been targeted for hate.

Pioneered operational processes and systems to successfully launch and support a national program catering to 1,200 Black and Brown entrepreneurs. • Amplified the voices of Black individuals and families affected by violence and systemic oppression by directing comprehensive planning and logistics for a transformative 21-day Purpose Tour across 18 cities nationwide. • Played a pivotal role in the development of a $250M investment fund dedicated to expanding Black homeownership nationwide, by conducting extensive market analysis and providing critical support throughout the process.
