Worked with Global Regulatory Compliance IT projects to manage the end-to-end process of Unit testing through User Acceptance Testing using ALM and LoadRunner for testing and SDLC and Agile software development processes. • Resolved a long time issue in ALM by enabling a custom email control option. This provided quick turn-around on CR management avoiding delays in assigning CRs to owners. New CRs can now automatically go to the distribution list, and key leads will be notified of a new problem/issue. • Collaborated with team members all over the world, and managed the Test Lab and Test Plan in the Application Lifecycle Management software provided by HP. Created documentation for Business Units to increase usability and efficiencies. • Created a workflow Process Improvement tool in SharePoint to increase business value and employee engagement. • As a Test Manager, I worked on an LSS Yellow Belt project to improve the overall testing process by gathering relevant information, understanding IT and the Business’s Process Improvement needs, organizing the data, and making necessary changes to make testing as efficient and easy as possible for the customers.

Analyzed a database using MS Access queries from SQL then exported results to Excel using VBA functions to mine date and find users with more than 1 device to reduce budget costs of more than $5 million dollars. • Researched and analyzed browser licensing and support costs for deployment of Chrome and Firefox as a new web browsers across the Federal Reserve System.• Helped plan and organize the strategic development of the Desktop Services Center’s (DSC) OneFed (Collaboration) SharePoint site for cross-communication between the team members. For this, I had to analyze relevant data as well as organize and structure the SharePoint site to maximize customer usability and ease of navigation using SharePoint Designer. • Analyzed the DSC’s website content and organized it based on consumer relevancy and usability as well as preferences. After analyzing, I reorganized their website and constructed a better user experience by maximizing ease of accessing relevant data and restructuring the website using Adobe Dreamweaver as well as HTML5 to create a more professional website.

Assisted in the implementation and testing of Microsoft Media Room’s software for AT&T’s IPTV U-verse for greater accuracy. Increased efficiency by 10% and have developed interconnectivity for the various Mediaroom system processes and monitored network activity on SCOM. • Managed the Architecture Research and Engineering Lab and created documentation for procedures that improved functionality and provided understandable instructions for monitoring the Lab’s health and used VMWare and Hyper-V to manage the 100 + servers on the network. • Connected and configured firewalls, routers, and switches for IPTV testing for easy connectivity from corporate network to different Alcatel routers by implementing technical procedures and documenting the new interconnectivity in Visio and Excel.
