• Carried out functional and interface testing of ELV Systems for a smooth & safe operation.
• Prepared of performance reports to the management and initiate proposals to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Produced commissioning programs with respect to the available resources to aid timely completion of the project.
• Developed Data Visualization Programs to track progress and identify bottlenecks.

Astana, Kazakhstan

• Project: Abu Dhabi Plaza, Astana, Kazakhstan
• Developed the Fire Alarm Cause & Effect Narrative & Matrix and Security Access & Egress Strategy for the Hotel and Serviced Apartment according to the Fire Code and Project Specifications.
• Authored the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Test & Commissioning Method Statements.
• Undertook reviews of building services design and produced technical reports with respect to commission-ability and obtained approval of the same.
• Coordinated with the Engineer and Employer on a regular basis to resolve issues and constraints to avoid further delays.
• Carried out Testing & Commissioning of Electrical & ELV Systems on site and ensured systems and equipment are functional and integrated.

Cebu, Philippines

• Project: Starbucks Soluble Coffee Plant, Augusta, GA, U.S.A.
• Developed the SCADA GUI of the Coffee Processing Area using Wonderware Intouch via Archestra IDE.
• Programmed the control sequence logic of the Thermal Concentration Area (Aroma Recovery and Wiped Film Evaporator) via Allen Bradley PLCs’ RSLogix 5000.
• Tuned PID control loops for a quick and smooth response. Developed Historical Trend Views and DB Alarm Logging.
• Conducted I/O field checks to all integrated devices and solved connectivity issues due to noise, voltage spikes, etc.

Doha, Qatar

• Project: Hamad International Airport. Doha, Qatar
• Produced Single Line Diagrams of the HVAC Airflow and Water-flow schematics for the Airport Passenger Terminal Complex using AutoCAD.
• Prepared Project Close-out Documents such as O&M and Training Manuals, Subcontractor & Suppliers Warranties, Spare Parts List, etc. in line with the Project Requirements.
