Identify and analyze weekly sales, costs, and profits.Research and implement new methods for more efficient workflow and project execution.Employ open communication policy emphasizing prompt distribution of company events, policies, and projects. Research and implement SaaS solutions where ROI is definitive and immediate.Lead weekly manager meetings with general managers to discuss P&L reports, staff culture, facility concerns, and customer retention. Lead monthly staff meetings with all staff to discuss policies, operation procedures, issues that need to be addressed. Manage high-value accounts ensuring client retention and satisfaction.Promptly answer and resolve frequent daily emails, calls pertaining to client relations, events, and business development.

Process Bi-weekly payroll.Review time card submissions and missing data. Manage year-end payroll tax activities, including new hire paperwork. Respond to company audits.Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes and labor laws.

Train new and existing staff on production procedures, safety procedures, and company policies. Motivate production staff with weekly meetings / social outings. Weekly sales meetings to discuss potential sales with customers.
