• Leading the transformation as a key part of EMEA strategy.• Optimising and leading the growth of country operations with a focus on consolidation activities.• Establishing Regional Export Control Tower operations and developing best in class customer solutions to support regional export strategy.• Responsibility of P&L for the financial performance of the country and to drive margin improvement across all products.• Owning key operational metrics: Delivery Time, Service Level Agreements, Continuous Proactivity, and response to the customers.• Managing the continuous customer communication, increasing Customer Service Performance.• Implementing strategic projects within Turkey and aligning on a regional level• Working closely with other stakeholders in the region and strengthening relationships

-Having meetings with the current service providers in case any necessary subject, evaluating their performance and doing rate negotiations with them on quarter or annual base. Seeking and building relationship with new service providers as per the current customer expectations or potential new business-Building a good relationship with the customers and manage their expectations. Supporting Key Account Managers and destination teams in case required-Proceeding implementation phase on new business and doing follow up after a while to ensure that the team is following its operation smoothly. Supporting KAM's and sales contacts related RFQ and sales lead in case any potential business-Retain key talents, key position with succession plan , including development plans for hi-po individuals-Taking active role for winning new customers based on TR office, Seeking potential business and clients in TR market-Taking active role at new system model and support technology project initiatives to ensure timely delivery and quality implementations Provide training and support to APL Logistics business users and external end users. Review test scripts, monitor testing progress and participate in UAT&TTT execution as required-Ensure for the team to meet with agreed internal and external KPI's. Ensure for the team to follow the period close process on time and accurate
