• Strategic Internal Consultant between Operations groups and Senior Leadership. Can build a level of understanding deep enough to promote discussion at the product level, while also providing insight and high-level support at the Senior Leadership level. • Supported 2022 and 2023 Operations IT budget and Capital budget planning process, which included Portfolio level Objective and Key Result development, and initiative scoping and prioritization for COO, Operations Senior Leaders, and Financial Planning and Analysis.• Coordinated Operations Steering Committee meetings on behalf of COO to promote visibility and identify cross functional synergies across key result driving initiatives.• Provided ad-hoc consulting support for cross-departmental projects that include communication strategy, process mapping, program management, and value tracking. • Created presentations on OKRs used by COO to present to CEO Staff and Enterprise VP+ Meetings, where complex topics and initiatives were synthesized and presented in a manner that was easy to understand.• Collaborated with Finance to approve headcount and initiative funding requests from Operations teams aside from standard budget planning process. • Partnered with Business and Technology leaders from 7 Operations departments to drive alignment and execution of key operational initiatives.o Developed dashboard to analyze how key results are tracking. o Ran monthly meetings with each Operational department to challenge the status quo and provide guidance regarding monthly reporting, key result tracking, and assessing risks, progress, and milestones for initiatives. o Provided decision support in Senior Leadership meetings to ensure challenges regarding new and existing initiatives receive swift feedback.
