• Encodes the basic information of applicants (Jr Officers and Ratings) such as Personal Profile, Family Background, Education and Sea experiences of the qualified seafarers accurately and correctly in OCEANIS System. • Scans basic requirements of seafarers (Jr Officers and Ratings) such as Passport, Seaman’s book, COC, all Training Certificates and other documents necessary for application.• Edits the correct information of seafarers (Jr Officers and Ratings) and adds Sea experiences, GRT, Types of Engine, Sign-on and Off dates and Manning Agencies needed to complete the Crew Card of the applicant prior to endorsement.• Uploads all the basic documents in the Crew Card once the applicant (Jr Officers and Ratings) has been approved prior to proposal to principal.• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly report as requested by the supervisor.• Assists Recruitment Officer in other administrative functions.• Perform responsibilities identified in the Quality Management System.• Perform other duties required from time to time.
