JOB SUMMARY: Operator–Central Control RoomJOB PURPOSE:To monitor the plant automated control system to ensure safe and optimal plant production operations and coordinate between the plant, platform EG-LNG and Ampco on flow rates and plant operation changes.JOB FACTS AND FIGURES:Honeywell Experion DCS System (Upgrading to Emerson DeltaV System) monitoring and controlling the following:Condensate and Gas Receiving facilitiesGas Plant FacilitiesCondensate Stabilization and overhead compressor facilitiesCondensate Storage and Loading FacilitiesRefrigerated Product Storage and Loading FacilitiesPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Constant surveillance and monitoring of plant equipment and operations through the DCS controls system• Controlling and Adjusting process parameters to maintain on-spec production.• Coordination with Operators to respond to abnormal signals or alarm indications• Start and Stop Plant equipments such as Dehydrators, Fuel Gas system, Regen Gas Heater, Regen Gas Compressor, Residue Gas Compressor System, Injection Gas Compressor System, Fractionators System, Depropanizer System, Debutanizer System. Hot Oil System and Air compressors.• Documentation of alarm conditions and response through the control system and put to SAP if needed.• Coordination between Gas Plant costumers EG-LNG, Platform and Ampco on volume, flow rates and changes to plant operations in general• Advise offshore personnel of required inlet volumes to the plant• Exhibit vigilance in executing job assignments.• Report abnormalities to immediate superior

JOB SUMMARY:• Monitor process area as Dehydrators, Fuel Gas system, Regen Gas Heater, Regen Gas Compressor, Residue Gas Compressor System, Injection Gas Compressor System, Fractionators System, De-propanizer System, Debutanizer System. Hot Oil System.• Must be physically present on assigned areas most of the time for closer monitoring and early response to process deviations.• Checks processing equipment such as valves, pumps, compressors, expanders, generators. • Operates and cares equipment and monitors process condition of Polymerization Section such as Polymerization Powder Purging, Catalyst Feeding, Purification Column, Recovery Unit, Recycle and Carrier Gas.• Operates and cares equipment and monitors process condition of Extrusion Section such as Preparation of Additives, Extruder parameters, Vacuum and Degassing, Temperizing Unit, Pellet Water System, Deodorization of Pellets, Pellet Cooling System, Pellet Blending, Storage Silo, Conveying Air Generation.• Operates and cares equipment and monitors process condition of Utility Section such as High and Low Pressure Boilers, Plant/Instrument Air Generation, Conveying Air Generation, Cooling Tower System, Nitrogen Tank Farm, Fuel Oil Tank Farm, Demineralized Water Plant and Raw Water, Conveying Air Compressor, Instrument Air Compressor• Unload catalyst and co-catalyst, diesel fuel oil and solvents and charging of chemicals into dosing vessels• Charging of Additives as per schedule.• Carries-out effective start up and shutdown procedures in the Polymerization and Extrusion Section in accordance with written Operating Instructions• Backwash filters in Cooling Water System and Demineralized Water System• Prepares equipment for maintenance work (MJSR) or for operation.• Must be physically present on assigned areas most of the time for closer monitoring and early response to process deviations.• Monitors and records equipment and process parameters.• Adjust or verifies process condition in the field as necessary or as requested by Boardman or Foreman.• Perform minor repair on the equipment being handled when needed.• Assists in the operation of other sections of the plant.• Exhibit vigilance in executing job assignments.• Report abnormalities to immediate superior

• As a 3rd party of Petron Corporation to other Clients, independent contactor whose services were requested by any or both of the contraction or concerned parties. • Perform worked together with the oil refinery operator the loading or unloading of vessel’s cargo and other related oil movement operation such as line-up of pipelines, manipulation of valves, monitoring of temperature and pressure gauges, flow rates and also separation of water and oil. • Conduct vessel tank inspection before and after loading/unloading. Perform sealing of vessel cargo manhole and valves and shore tank valves for quantity delivered. • Performed complete vessel compilation of after loading/unloading documents prior to submission. Prepare incident reports as well as marine protest if needed.• For the attendance at Petroleum Terminals and other client, responsible for the inspection activities as per applicable clients requirements.• Prepared details field reports as required in the assignment instruction and costumer requirements. • Comply with vessel and terminal rules and safety regulations in performance of job assignment. • Conduct quantity survey of petroleum products on board tankers and on shore tanks, measurement of cargo on board a vessel after loading, before and after discharge, convoy vessel from load port to disport. • Perform other function as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
