Hi there! I'm a passionate IT professional with a diverse background spanning healthcare and energy sectors. My experience began at a healthcare company starting on the IT help desk. After a year of troubleshooting and support, I moved up to an IT Business Analyst role. For four years, I worked on specialized issues, coordinated software upgrades, and led training sessions.Looking for new challenges, I transitioned to another healthcare company, where I continued as an IT Business Analyst. Here, I worked closely with directors and C-level executives, developing SQL queries reports and discovering a love for data. I often spend a lot of my personal time just writing code to fill my own databases with data. I also had the opportunity to travel and train clinical staff on our software, which was incredibly rewarding.Currently, I'm a Database Analyst at an energy company. For the past six years, I've been immersed in SQL, stored procedures, report building, and using Python and Azure for ETL processes.
