I've been part of the community service sorority Omega Phi Alpha since my first semester of college. We do multiple service projects surrounding the local community, the university, the county, and nations of thee world. My sophomore year I was our members committee head in the fall and then in the spring I created the role of Social Chair. In this position I planned our formal and also reached out to other organizations on campus to collaborate on service projects and get our name more known on campus. I stepped up when our Public Relations Director left without notice. In my junior year I'm currently our Public Relations Director. My job is to created social media content on multiple platforms, design merchandise for members, and book and set up events for the sorority. I'm looking for internship within the sports world in either the legal department or marketing. I'm hoping to find an internship that will help me discover which career path would be better suited for me.
