My role at Batavia involves effective communication with customers to provide clear product information and meet their needs. Apart from that, I also play a role in handling customer complaints quickly and efficiently, as well as carrying out follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction. During my time here, I have played a role in maintaining high service standards and regularly registering customers to increase understanding of their preferences. With my dedication to customers and strong communication skills, I have contributed to maintaining and expanding the customer base where I work.

The Assistant of the Sociology Laboratory at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta has the main task of assisting the Head of the UJAY Sociology Laboratory. Some of the tasks include assisting in making academic events in sociology and accountability reports, coordinating with HMPSSOS Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Sosiologi) UJAY, coordinating with all Atma Jaya University students of Yogyakarta, and supervising committee events held by HMPSSOS, especially in the academic field.

The Digital Basic Training event is a training event organized by the Sociology Laboratory of Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta and HMPS SOS (Sociology Study Program Student Association) at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta. This event was held with the aim of providing training on how to write scientifically using Microsoft Word properly and correctly and how to use email with good ethics. In addition, the trainees were also given basic knowledge about Turnitin. Turnitin is a special application program created to select someone's scientific writing to see if there is plagiarism in it. By providing some of the training above, it is hoped that students can be responsible for using email (in the context of communicating with lecturers using email), making good and correct scientific papers, and not using plagiarism, by using Turnitin as a tool to check how much intentional or unintentional plagiarism there is in the written works that they have made.

Last September, I joined the YAKKUM Emergency Unit (YEU) to become a vaccination volunteer in the Klaten area, Central Java. YEU is one of YAKKUM's (Christian Foundation for Public Health) units that was established in 2001 with a mandate for inclusive emergency response, including community participation in need assessment and aid distribution. YEU also has a mandate to build community resilience through community-led disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation. Until 2017, YEU had been facilitating more than 250 villages and partnering with more than 350 community-based organizations across Indonesia. On this occasion, I had the opportunity to join YEU to provide vaccinations to people in Klaten, Central Java. This vaccination was organized by YEU in collaboration with the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) and one of the STIKes (High School of Health Sciences) in Yogyakarta. In this activity, I served in the consumption section and data collection for each vaccination committee (YEU, TNI AU, and STIKes). I am responsible for the consumption and data collection of the vaccination committee members.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global action plan agreed upon by world leaders, including Indonesia, to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the environment. The SDGs contain 17 Goals and 169 Targets that are expected to be achieved by 2030. One of the SDGs programs that has been implemented is the SDGs Desa. The SDGs Desa or Village Sustainable Development Program, was introduced by Abdul Halim Iskandar, Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration, a few months ago. Village SDGs refer to Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 59 of 2017 concerning national sustainable development goals. The SDGs Desa are an integrated effort to realize a village without poverty and hunger, an economic village that grows evenly, a village that cares about health, a village that cares about the environment, a village that cares about education, a women-friendly village, a networked village, and a culturally responsive village to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The SDGs Desa are a sustainable development role that will be included in the priority program for using the 2021 Village Fund. The work that I do for the SDGs Desa is: -Collecting data in the field, the subject of this research is the people who live in the village. Each location has previously been selected by the local government.-I also entered the interview data (using a questionnaire) into the computer and entered it online to be sent and integrated into the SDGs Desa application, which will later be received by the core committee (from the central government) implementing the SDGs Desa.

Lembaga Ombudsman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, commonly abbreviated as LO DIY, is an independent Regional Institution to oversee the implementation of public services by local governments, private business actors, and individuals. Lembaga Ombudsman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta was established based on the Regulation of the Governor of DIY No. 69 of 2014 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of LO DIY. The Division of Socialization, Cooperation, and Network Strengthening is to conduct socialization, cooperation, and network strengthening with various stakeholders of LO DIY to prevent maladministration in government administration and deviations from private business governance. I also digitize documents (online data input) for the Ombudsman of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In addition, I also conducted research in Malioboro with the theme "Malioboro, which will be made Pedestrian".
