Handling a total of 12 interior projects and 5 architecture projects, which includes 7 residential projects, 7 commercial projects, 3 leisure projects (phinisi vessels, villa, etc). My jobs requires me to be a detail-oriented person, able to communicate with clients, principal architects, and contractors, and work within a team. My jobs are including:- Contribute in developing design in preliminary phase.- Making 3D models in SketchUp, based from sketches and briefs.- Visualize architectural and interior design in 3D rendering with Enscape.- Prepare presentation and tender documents (plan, render, video, early construction drawing)- Develop architectural and interior details in 3D and 2D- Create 2D construction drawing in AutoCAD- Coordinate and discuss with structure engineer, contractors and vendors regarding the design- Weekly site visit to ensure the construction complies with design and specification.- Help Principal Architect in charge to communicate with the clients.- Reporting to Principal Architect in charge regarding updates from contractors and clients.- Superviseand help interns with the tasks given by regularly checking and discussing the projects.
