 Directly report in CEO-Managing Director. Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified projects. Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines and conduct site visit. Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design strategies. Manage designers' calendars, arrange stakeholder meetings, and maintain sample libraries. Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems. Prepare the general conditions budget. Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements. Expedite all shop drawings and approvals Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis. Inform the Consultant/Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant’s design drawings. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced. Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required. Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to management and client including final holdbacks.o Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.o Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation of MFT’s directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with site staff.o Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.o Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.o Ensure that “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final closeouts to consultant/owner accordingly.o Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.o Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists. Manage the design team  Merchandising the showroom and making updates regularly Product development

 Directly report with CEO and Head Buyer-Design Manager Work in collaboration with Inscape (brand / manufacturing partner), Sourcing and design to ensure timely delivery of all key milestones in product lifecycle for both Retail and Projects. Perform market analysis, competitive shop and analyze sales trends to keep abreast of current trends. Obtain feedback from dealers to improve product and add to collections. Manage merchandising of Contract ecommerce platform in conjunction with CEO/Head Buyer/General Manager. Identify emerging trends and develop business strategies outlining strengths, weaknesses, new opportunities and threats. Communicate annual and seasonal strategies to functional areas (Inventory, Design, Sourcing, Production, Visual ). Collaborate with Inventory Management to provide Sourcing and Production Management with purchase quantities, delivery dates, flow and exit strategies for initial cost and production negotiations for new programs. Products Issues-Claims-coordinating with all supplier for the technical, freight, packing, product damages-container issues for claims with collaboration of internal Account director adhere to financial budget Recommend and collaborate with Visual to plan floor layouts. Summarize and communicate merchandising information for dealer network newsletters and emails. Resolves, handles and escalates difficult issues to CEO, Staffs, Call Center and Stores. Work with marketing to create in-store collateral for showrooms and key events. Provide Merchandise Coordinator with product information (facts, pricing) to create PIS. Develop the seasonal assortment plans (line lists) to define product requirements for Design. Attending Furniture Fair mostly in China 4-6 time per year for new trend and product development. Projects-meeting with client with Interior Designer and Engineers for all necessary requirements in high-end hotels, condominiums-apartments and villas for quotation and designs.

 Directly report to the President and CEO. Coordinator and Buyer of multi brand- purchase/select the product (garments for women/kids) from the franchisee / supplier’s in EU/Western brand by Sales and Marketing Managers (in seasonal/new trends i.e. Mango, Gerry Weber-Court One, Stradivarius, IKKS, OKAIDI, Share, etc..  Manage the multiple brand within the company, across in different country-territories in areas like to post all the seasonal management of product sales, strategic planning for sales, merchandise financial plans, store grading, and assortment planning Responsible of incoming / out- going stocks, controlling of delivery, allocation and replenishment of stocks. Create/implement an ambiance that appropriate to the prestige lifestyle images of the shop/stores, identify key client and develop effective client relation to create repeat and continued business, maximize sales and provide regular product knowledge and sales training to the team. Conduct store orientation for new employees and provide feedback on customer preferences. Managing the operation, merchandise planning, structures of every brand thru their concept in all interior/exterior design e.g. in window display, with all Autodesk software. Manage Event-Exhibition, and launching of new product/brand, roving SVM/Merchandiser thru International GCC and local place of emirates.
