Nami recently completed her Master in Business Administration (with honor) and Master of Science in Sustainability Management (with honor) at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and at University of Agder, Norway, respectively. She obtained full scholarship to pursue her graduate studies through the generous funding of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She currently works as a Social Sustainability Advisor at Voice Norway, where she is responsible for supplier oversight, internal training, and driving impactful social sustainability initiatives. Nami leads projects and helps ensure transparent reporting to promote sustainable and responsible business for VOICE. She used to work as a Program Coordinator of UN Competency Programs for her internship at UN Global Compact Norge at the same time worked as a trainee at Bank Norwegian's Communications and Sustainability department. For her master thesis, she focused on an emerging topic regarding behaviours on green consumer lending.Her work experience at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and ShopeePay Philippines, Inc. equipped her as well with professional background in digital banking, virtual payments, financial technology, training & development, and service. She received her Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (with honor) at Tarlac State University in 2018 through full academic scholarship. She was also awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Student Leadership and was hailed Finalist of Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines in the same year.
