*Gain in depth knowledge of HR and Payroll modules for Australia and/or New Zealand* Configuration of ELMO solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line withELMO timelines, standards and procedures* Under direction of the Implementation Consultant, undertake data cleansing, dataimports and configuration tasks* Ensuring the quality production and output of ELMO Payroll modules in adherence to allpublished ELMO Learning quality control standards and procedures* Maintaining all records associated with the design, development and implementation ofthe ELMO Payroll solutions* Documenting, and maintaining the currency of the documentation of the capabilities ofthe ELMO payroll modules, both for internal and external use* Systems-related troubleshooting for both internal and external stakeholders* Logging and maintaining records of all system-relating troubleshooting (technicalqueries, user errors)* Escalating technical issues where appropriate (system bugs, application enhancements),and assisting in their prompt resolution* Participating in and delivering outcomes for other projects as may from time to time beassigned* Ensure compliance with Information Security and privacy policies and procedures

*The primary responsibility of Payroll Implementer is to implement Sprout Products focusing on Sprout Payroll (Payroll Software), through system configuration, training and thorough analysis of processes. * Fulfill business process review and gathering data requirements * Responsible for overall setup, configuration, data migration based on specifications of client * Process payroll simulation, parallel runs & variance analysis * Conduct admin training sessions with client * Provide client support all throughout implementation period * Ensure all project milestones and expectations included the proper monitoring of project man hours are achieved and roadblocks during the implementation period are addressed accordingly * Execute experience based testing / user acceptance testing * Propose ideas on how to improve internal process and products * Conduct paid training to clients

Processes end-to-end regular payroll processing, final pay of     resigned employees and other adhoc payroll processing.  * Responsible for timekeeping and other special reports.  * Processes government remittances. (PhilHealth, SSS, HDMF    contribution and loans, Withholding tax e.g. BIR 1601C and 1603Q)  * Maintains the payroll tool and database, encodes new hires'     information and updates leave credits of employees.  * Conduct Annualization process - computation for the Income      Annualization at year end and preparation of reports such as     Generation of Tax Register, Alphalist Report, 2316 Form, and     Alphalist Submission to BIR
