Reynold was born in Manila but he grew up in Makati City. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM).His first job was working as a barista in a coffee shop before being promoted to join the management team, where he honed his people management and customer service skills.
