Adam is a seasoned professional with over 40 years’ experience in financial markets, having worked in and managed financial markets trading, sales, and asset management teams across Asia Pacific and Europe. With a career that spans four decades, Adam has developed a deep expertise and a broad perspective on the financial services industry, including financial markets trading and investment, client origination, relationship management and client servicing, regulation and regulatory interaction, corporate governance, and managing both digital and legacy businesses. Adam's extensive experience and strategic approach have been instrumental in driving growth and success in various leading financial institutions.Most recently Adam was CEO for Saxo Bank Group’s businesses in the Asia Pacific region. Saxo Bank offers investors a leading multi-asset online trading and investment platform. His role involved all aspects of oversight and development of the business strategy in the multiple geographies that Saxo Bank operates within the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Saxo Bank Adam’s most notable roles were as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales for Merrill Lynch EMEA Global Currencies Group where he spent 12 years in Singapore and London. This was followed by an appointment as Co-head of Fixed Income and Currencies for APAC at Societe Generale. Prior to joining Saxo Bank Adam spent two years in the Asset Management business as APAC CEO of The Cambridge Strategy Asset Management Company a hedge fund.Adam has an MSc in Finance from the University of London and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
