Hello! Welcome to my linkedin profile. I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Counsellor in private practice in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. In my practice I use an anti-oppressive and culturally responsive framework to collaborate with and empower my clients from all walks of life to stabilize, heal and recover.I provide holistic consultation, assessment and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and familes to stabilize mental health, recover from substance abuse and heal intergenerational trauma. My practice foci includes working with high risk youth, individuals with diverse ethnicities, Indigenous people and diverse cultural groups. Relationship and couples counselling is recent passion of mine assisting those transitioning relationships ships, recovering and/or leaving unhealthy relationships.I specialize in delivering integrative psychotherapy with clients across the lifespan. This work involves using inclusive epistemological fluidity, intersubjective and relational knowing guided by professional ethics. This approach acknowledges the unique intersectionality and social locations of my clients and permits me to support people more effectively.I have accrued over 26,000 hours of one-on-one, couples and group counselling experience. I am also a board-certified addictions counsellor, registered clinical supervisor. and certified as a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist through Daybreak Therapy.
