Keeping the systems continuously monitored was critical to ensuring that customer service was not interrupted.• We also had to negotiate with companies to schedule product presentation meetings. These were some of my responsibilities during this time:• Assisting SAC with the delivery of the project from the previous contractor: During the first phase, SAC delivered the project from Paya Industry Co. and I had responsibility for delivering the business process, such as reporting system, business documents, and delivery process.• Meetings with other parties: depending on the scale of the MNP project, there were several companies involved as well as the CRA, which we met regularly. We also held presentations that highlighted the performance of the MNOs, and I had a role in these presentations.• Training: We held some internal meetings with SAC employees for training purposes. We began by training on business rules and scenarios. In the following session, we trained FO team members on how they can use MNP GUI to accomplish their tasks. A training session was also held on the reporting system. Furthermore, I developed a template for their reports to the CRA.• Assess the employer's needs: As part of the project, CRA brought up some requests and we discussed them during internal meetings. Our next step was to try to find a solution or make suggestions for them. For example, CRA suggested SMS evaluation be done for subscribers who used MNP, and we held a meeting to discuss how to optimize this scenario (which subscribers should receive SMS requests).• Incident management: Because the small problem in the process could result in errors in many systems, it was necessary to identify and troubleshoot errors quickly when they occurred. As part of the project, this was done. Show less

The project focused on service level agreements (SLAs) for ICT telecommunications services, such as mobile phone networks, landlines, postal services, trunked radio services, etc. As a national project, this activity was supervised by CRA (the Iranian telecom authority).• Working on the Mobile Subscriber SLA was my responsibility. To begin, we conducted a comparative study of the countries, as required by the project owner Following this, we attempted to define all indicators and recommended KPIs as drafts for SLA documents to CRA. Penalties for violations of the SLA are also outlined in the document.• Afterwards, we started a task regarding Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC). Due to the fact that this service is not used frequently, our first step was to clarify its goals and levels (convergence) and then we suggested indicators, finally we developed a draft for service level agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs).• A final phase of the project entailed researching Tetra services. Since trunked radio services are used in mission-critical services, their SLA should be very strict. We also met with HiWeb company, which is one of the trunk providers in Iran, to evaluate their suggested SLA. Following that, we finalize the SLA and deliver it to CRA.Due to the fact that SLA management requires monitoring, we offered CRA recommendations on how to evaluate services. As part of this project, we had weekly meetings where each member explained their tasks and collaborated with others. Each of us was involved in other tasks, and I was in charge of postal services and landline phone service. Show less

It was a three-year project in which I joined the group in the final year. Here are some tasks for which I was responsible:• 5G techno-economic analysis: In this task, we looked into the technical aspects of 5G deployment in Iran, in parallel with calculating 5G deployment throughout the country. According to the available resources, I divided the country into sectors including dense urban, urban, suburban, and rural. Calculation of the capital expenditures and operating expenses for 5G implementation in Iran, including macrocell and small cell deployments.• 4G to 5G transition: After studying this topic in other countries, we tried to develop a plan or suggestion according to the resource scenario.• Neutral host: Due to the enormous number of sites required for 5G, it can be implemented by one operator and used by all MNOs. Using this solution, called neutral host, the project will cost less at the national level. Part of our project involved researching this concept.• 5G spectrum: The 5G spectrum needed to be evaluated in a comparative manner, so I began to study it. The proposal was considered by more than 100 countries all over the world and we came up with a recommendation for the 5G spectrum.• How to launch 5G in Iran: It is possible that the 5G strategy plan varies by country and by area. We reviewed this topic in all developed countries and made some suggestions for Iran.• Rich Communication Service (RCS): Though this technology is not specific to 5G, it could be accelerated with the help of 5G. RCS was evaluated as one of the benefits of 5G and we started working on it at different levels, such as infrastructures, equipment, etc.We researched each of these topics, and I had the opportunity to talk to some technical and economic consultants. Additionally, we had monthly meetings for presentations for CRA. Show less
