Reza is responsible for directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets. Main duties are:• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments• Reach out to B2B and B2C customers through emails and phone calls to offer them products and services• Visit clients or arrange meetings with customers to discuss how products can effectively meet the needs of the customer• Manage accounts and open up new distribution territories• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales goals• Prepare marketing strategy plans of new products• Recruit, organize, train and manage sales staff• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to ensure an effective team deliver increased sales performance• Responsible for preparing and presenting periodic budgets/sales forecast to management and offer recommendations on an appropriate action plan to take to improve operations of the business• Communicate and manage expectations by utilizing available reports, CRM technologies, and available resources• Work with the financial and commercial department and partner with the marketing and advertising heads to work out strategies and plans for enhancing the overall sales of the company
