I was responsible for managed strategic partnerships with company stakeholders to enchance the bussiness visibility and growth. This role allowed me to strengthen my skills in relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.- Analyzed marketing data to identify trends and 100+ potential partners list to develop insights that informed future marketing decisions based on the company’s goals and needs. - Created a marketing strategy to build up the long-term work program for the company. - Developed and implemented a communication protocol to ensure effective communication between all parties involved. - Developed and maintained a good long term relationships with clients by timely response to inquiries and provided their needs.

As a member of Research and Development team, I contributed to enchancing the programs by conducting in-depth research. Collaborated with the fellow team members, I also identified for improvement to ensure all programs aligned with the organization's values and goals. Based on my previous work performance, I was honored with the "Best Member of the Month" award in May 2021.- Collected and analyzed data to understand the necessities of every RND’s members, resulting to established clear roles and responsibilities for each team members. - Identified key research gaps in the previous events, leading to the development of a next projects. - Contributed to created yearly program plans for University of Lampung’s Communication Science Student Association (HMJ Ilmu Komunikasi UNILA) based on the previous gaps and feedbacks.- Conducted research to develop innovative programs and activities.- Fostered internal collaboration to ensure an impactful event programs.
